1. Returns

  • You have [7/10/15/30] days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Certain types of items (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, custom-made items) may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider (they may take some time to process it).
